Covid-19 Update

Dear Patients,

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice.  Our office follows infection control guidelines made by the American Dental Assoc. (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Admin.(OSHA).  In addition to these guidelines, we have put in place additional equipment to address COVID-19.  A Remo Halo was installed in our office HVAC system as well as Medify Airx Hepa Filters in each operatory and reception area.  

Testing concluded that bipolar ionization at 30 minutes neutralizes 99.4% of the SARS COV-2 virus responsible for COVID-19.  These ions attach to very small particles including viruses and by agglutination produce clumps of larger particles that are easily filtered and removed form the air by the HVAC system.
